Fashion Feature: Kirsten and Leah Houston

It's September and that means a new round of fashion features, today's feature is extra special as it features not just one but two incredibly beautiful women. We have sisters, Kirsten and Leah Houston showcasing their style today on the blog.

First a little background on the girls, Kirsten and Leah are currently both students, Kirsten is studying towards her Bcom Finance degree whilst Leah is pursuing her LLB degree. The Houston sisters (
Leah describes Kristen as being very shy and weird and describes herself as pretty weird but definitely not shy. They share a similar style which they sometimes find annoying . They even act like they don't like the same things when in reality they do but for the most part it's chilled. On the upside, they rarely fight but when they do its naturally over clothes. Leah always finds herself
The girls were nice enough to answer a few questions:
How would you describe your personal style and how do your styles differ?
Leah: I would describe my style as chic, trendy and classy, my style actually doesn't differ from Kirsten like we have the same style like I might not agree to one or two pieces but it's pretty much the same. We actually blame our mum that we have the same style like from a small age always dressed us the same, ALWAYS!!
What or who inspires your style?
Kirsten and Leah: Easy question our Mother, she is probably thee most trendiest mother in SAWhats your favourite trend at the moment?
Kirsten and Leah: probably bodysuits and high waisted jeans. Like just the other day we bought 3 bodysuits from Zara and we can't wait to wear them (so keep a look out) and we are also loving the bodysuits from Purple Melon.You both love attending South African fashion week, why so?
Leah: we love attending SA fashion week because we love to see what the new trends are and also we love to support SA designers.How do you put together your looks for fashion week?
Kirsten: lol this is actually really funny and weird, I actually have to dress according to Leah's theme or else she won't take a picture.Favourite places to shop and why?
Kirsten: Zara like I could literally live in that store, because they have such trendy clothing, well tailed Blazers and amazing bodysuits. My other favs are Woolworths, Sissy Boy, Guess and forever new.Your must have accessory?
Leah: My chokers, especially my shop Brett Robson one. And my sunnies from EyespyzaYour favourite beauty/make up product you can’t live without?
Leah: At the moment it's Bobbi Brown highlighterHeels? or Flats?
Kirsten: Heels all the way, and sneakers during the day however Leah is not a sneaker person, I don't think she even owns a pair lol
